Carolyn Pullen is the director of Policy, Advocacy and Strategy and is responsible for the association’s development and implementation of policy, advocacy and strategic initiatives. Carolyn Pullen received her bachelor of science in nursing from Queen’s University. Her master’s and doctorate degrees, both from the University of Ottawa, are in education with a specialization in knowledge translation that focuses on mechanisms to mobilize health research evidence into practice.
Francine Ducharme is the Dean of the Nursing Faculty of Université de Montréal. She was the holder of the Research Chair in Nursing Care for Seniors and Their Families and developed a program focusing on the elaboration of innovative and efficient models to address the needs of families involved in the care of an elderly.
